i found the staff helpful and accommodating. ella arranged a convenient airport pickup, and the driver secured our luggage to ba na hills. upon our return, he promptly picked us up and transported us to the hotel (a great service!).
i noticed some slight dust in the reception area, but it didn't significantly impact my stay.

I cannot say I loved it. The bathroom smelled like sewage, and that is never a good sign. The bed was not comfortable. I expect a bit more cleanliness at a hotel. The lobby was quite dusty, a true disappointment.

the hotel looked amazing just like the photos! our room felt spacious. it had a lovely bath (i really enjoyed it!) in the bathroom. a great balcony. the staff were attentive, especially ella. she provided excellent communication before my arrival to arrange everything.
the location is a bit outside the main area. however, the hotel provides free bikes. this made it easy to get around.
